Established in 1984, Lutheran Towers is a six story retirement home
that provides separate living quarters for 91 elderly or handicapped
persons. It is located at 2340 E. 4th Street in Long Beach, CA. Requirements for living in Lutheran Towers are as follows:
-Applicants must be at least 62 years of age or are handicapped
-Yearly income must be not exceed $22,950 for a single person and $26,200 for two people
