Pastor Hartley Lee has served Our Saviour’s since 1992. He came from Redding,
California, where he shepherded his congregation there through major
growth and building projects. He is a strong biblical preacher
and an excellent listener, counselor and chaplain to those in any need.
Pastor Jim Proper has served Our Saviour’s since 2003, being called as a pastor
for outreach and growth. Prior to this current call he pastored
several congregations in Milwaukee, Phoenix and California as well as
served as vice president of Lutheran Social Services in Arizona.
Most recently he was Executive Director for Lutheran Camping in
Southern California. He is innovative and eager to work with the
diverse gifts and talents of all.
